From DJ residencies at the Hacienda, Spice, Renaissance, Robodisco, Electric (Auckland) through to their creation of the Paper, Blaktrax and Shaboom labels, the pairs' story is wound up in the fabric of dance culture in Manchester & the North West of England.
Separately and together - as 'Magik Johnson', 'Flash Atkins', 'Bangmen' & 'Shaboom' - they have released tracks on Twisted, Kaos, Bosh, Honchos, NRK, Paper, Shaboom and latterly End Recordings. |
